Shipping costs

The shipping costs may change for orders of multiple items or in the case of tax-free deliveries.

Generally speaking, products can only be delivered to the selectable countries. It is not always possible to deliver to countries other than those listed.

For consumers, the following shall apply: The goods and services found in our online shop are aimed at customers with a permanent address in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Once you have logged in with your personal details, you can view the final shipping costs in your shopping cart.

Express overnight delivery is available in Germany on orders placed before 15:00, for an additional €23,80 (incl. VAT) .
Should you require our express delivery on a Saturday (additional costs will apply), please get in touch with us.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the EU, all taxes and customs duties are to be borne by the customer.
