Warranty and returns


Every used part that leaves our premises has been put through its paces beforehand. This is more than just a claim, which is why we give a two-year guarantee on almost every used part within Europe, in accordance with our warranty conditions.

Even if our parts are not new - the quality standards for used parts remain as high as ever. We distinguish between different quality classes. On the basis of these quality classes, you can see which quality criteria the used part you have selected must at least fulfil.


In the event that you wish to return goods received - for whatever reason - please use the following returns form (PDF document) to ensure transparent and quick processing of your return. A mouse click opens the PDF document in a new window, by right-clicking you can select the download of the PDF document.

You can either print out this return form first or fill it out on the screen and then fax it to us or send it to us by post. However, we will also gladly accept it if you process the returns form digitally and send it to us as an attachment to an email to mbgtc_retoure@mercedes-benz.com.
