FAQ


Our goods and services are aimed at customers with a permanent address in Germany, Austria or Switzerland as well as businesses both in and outside of Germany (see section VI.1.a of the General Terms and Conditions for the distinction between customers and businesses).

Generally speaking, products can only be delivered to the selectable countries.
We deliver to:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus

It is not always possible to deliver to countries other than those listed.


To ensure that your order arrives safely

When will the ordered articles reach you?

As a rule, a normal-sized order will reach you within 2-4 working days. If you wish to order larger quantities, please call our customer hotline: +(49) 711 - 17 70 000, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Your order will be shipped with shipping and logistics companies with whom we have been working together successfully for many years. For goods that cannot be shipped by normal post on account of their weight, volume or nature, we offer a delivery service by our in-house freight forwarding agency.



Express orders:

Express orders received by 2 pm (Monday to Thursday, except on public holidays) leave our company on the same day and, as far as possible, reach you the next day. However, this is only possible within Germany. Shipments to the German islands and shipments abroad take longer.

Attention! Normally we do not offer delivery on Saturdays. Should you wish delivery on a Saturday (subject to surcharge), please call our customer hotline: +(49) 711 - 17 70 000, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.



Shipping costs:

The shipping costs are shown directly on the goods you have selected. The shipping costs may change for orders of multiple items or for tax-free deliveries. Once you have logged in with your personal details, you can view the final shipping costs in your shopping cart.

For the delivery of an express order within Germany for orders received by 2 pm (see above), we charge a supplement of € 16,24 (incl. VAT).

For the shipment of orders to countries outside the EU, all taxes and customs duties are to be borne by you.



Calculation of shipping costs for deliveries abroad:

For the automatic calculation of costs for shipments abroad, our online shop always calculates the cheapest alternative – that is, containerised cargo by ship or rail. Should you require the goods overseas particularly quickly, please contact our customer hotline: there is almost always a solution. For shipment by air freight, however, you must expect significantly higher costs. In such a case, therefore, please contact us so that we can clarify the situation.

How are the goods packed?

In order to protect the goods on their way to you, we used packaging material consisting largely of recycled paper. It goes without saying that our high quality packaging conforms to the German Packaging Ordinance. For you, this means that after you have received the goods, you can easily dispose of the cardboard packaging in the waste paper disposal. By the way – the small amount of unavoidable foreign material such as adhesive tape and labels and the low proportion of foil does not affect this recycling process.



How are the customs regulations taken into account?

For deliveries abroad, customs and import duties may be payable in the country of destination. These duties are always the responsibility of the recipient. For deliveries outside the EU, the customs papers must contain not only the value of the shipment but also information about the product type and its contents. We reserve the right to give this information to customs in order to simplify the proceedings for our customers and because we are obliged to do so by law. Occasionally the customs also open shipments to check them – we have no influence on this.

Customs and import duties are charged as soon as the package reaches your country. Fees for the release of the goods from customs have to be paid by you. We have no influence on such fees and cannot say how high they will be. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. Should you require more detailed information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
